    Process for Shipping Large Items

    Due to size and weight, large items must be shipped by truck. Therefore, delivery/transit time can take one to three weeks. Listed below are the steps taken regarding larger item shipments.

    1) Your order gets picked up from the warehouse. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email along with the tracking number. Processing the order can take around 2-3 business days before the item is picked up from the warehouse.

    2) Your order is shipped to a local delivery agent. A carrier transports your order to a delivery company/professional located near you.

    3) You schedule a delivery appointment. When the local delivery professional has your order in hand, they will reach out to schedule a delivery date and establish a time window.

    4) Enjoy your new item!  When your vanity arrives, please inspect the box for any damage, while the driver waits.  If there’s any damage to the box, open the entire box and inspect it. If there’s no damage to the box, you must still open the top of the box (while the driver is still present) and do an inspection of the top (granite, marble, quartz) for any damage.  If there is any damage to the cabinet/granite, you MUST refuse the delivery and make notes on the paperwork as to the damage and that you are refusing it.

     

    Shipping Cost for Returns
    You (The customer) will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    Returns
