Damages, Cancellations & Refunds
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos of the damaged product to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Specific For Products Purchased from L & K Designs
When your vanity arrives, please inspect the box for any damage, while the drive waits. If there’s any damage to the box, open the entire box and inspect it. If there’s no damage to the box, you must still open the top of the box while the driver is there and do an inspection of the top (granite, marble, quartz) for any damage. If there is any damage to the cabinet/granite, you MUST refuse the delivery and make notes on the paperwork as to the damage and that you are refusing it. We are unable to file a claim if you do not refuse the delivery. Therefore we are unable to give refunds or take the cabinet back. WE ADHERE VERY STRICTLY TO THIS POLICY.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
